Benjamin Feliciano

November 13, 1981 ~ July 8, 2018 (age 36)

Benjamin "Ben" R. Feliciano, 37, of Watsonville, passed away on July 8, 2018 in Salinas, Ca. He was born on November 13, 1981 in Watsonville, Ca to Roxanne Carranco and Berle Feliciano.

 

He was a resident of Watsonville until moving to Sacramento, Ca where he attend Kennedy High School and graduated with his high school diploma. Ben was a naturally gifted and talented athlete who excelled at football.  He played on a competitive football team out of Sacramento and had recently traveled to Oregon to defend the teams State Championship Title. He loved to play football and would attend games for his favorite team the "Oakland Raiders." He also loved to watch and play basketball with friends.

 

Ben loved life and was kind, giving, and well-loved person by his friends and family. He had an amazing sense of humor and infectious smile that brought laughter to all who surrounded him. He was a true and loyal friend that made a positive impact in the lives of many people and affected all who knew him in a special and meaningful way.

 

Ben is survived by his mother, Roxanne Carranco of Sacramento; his brothers Bernard (wife Michelle) Feliciano of Royal Oaks and Brandon Feliciano (Dyena Whalon) of Sacramento; three nieces, Sierra Callen of Watsonville, Mikayla Feliciano of Royal Oaks, Matea Rushing of Sacramento, and  nephew Brennen Feliciano of Royal Oaks; he is survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

 

He is preceded in death by his father, Berle Feliciano and grandmother, Elva Carranco; both formerly of Watsonville.

 

The Funeral service will be held at Mehl's Colonial Chapel on Thursday, July 19th from 11-1 p.m. with the burial to follow at Valley Public Cemetery located at 2445 East Lake Ave. Watsonville. Celebration of Life reception will follow burial.
