Abraham Juarez Gomez passed away on June 4, 2022. He was 49. Abraham was born on December 28, 1972 to Abraham Gomez and Eusebia Santana in Gilroy, California. He moved to Watsonville when he was young. Abraham attended Watsonville High school and graduated in 1991. He went on to work various jobs, until he found his place as an R.N. Abraham’s brother Percy was also a nurse, who nudged him into healthcare. He worked at Driftwood Skilled Nursing Facility for 12 years, then went on to Hearts and Hands. Abraham also became a part of the Victory Outreach Church.
His hobbies included video games, racing R.C cars, spending time with family, and lake fishing. Abraham loved the 49ers and was a person who was always, about having a good time. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Percy Juarez. He is survived by 4 half-siblings, 1 niece, 1 nephew, 2 great-nieces, 1 great-nephew, and numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.
A graveside service will be held on June 23, 2022 at 11am at Valley Public Cemetery. Mehl’s Colonial Chapel was entrusted with the arrangements.
