Guadalupe (Lou) Casares died peacefully in his sleep on December 1st, 2020 at his home in Freedom, California, surrounded by his family. He was 75. Guadalupe was born on April 24, 1945, in Crystal City, Texas. Lou was one of eight siblings born to Jose and Juana Casares. He enjoyed spending time with his family and would be excited anytime he knew he would be having visitors. Lou liked to watch football, baseball games, old westerns, and the news. He enjoyed rides to the beach. He also loved to cruise around and shop on his power chair, he liked the independence it gave him. Anyone who knew Lou would say he was a true gentleman. He was kind, generous, and always thinking of others. Lou was a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, favorite uncle, and friend. He was very loved and will be greatly missed.
