Natalino “Natal” Jesus Brasil Moules, born on December 19, 1956, in São Mateus, Terceira, Acores to parents Maria C. Brasil and José F. Moules, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 18, 2022, in Santa Nella, California. He was 65.
Natal, his parents, and his three siblings, migrated to Watsonville in the 1970’s. He and his former wife, Maria João Moules, worked tirelessly in the flower business for over 35 years. His passion was his livestock, most importantly his cows, horses, and dogs. He shared his love for animals with his six grandchildren. Natal was known for his big heart and always willing to help a friend out. He lived a short but fulfilling life with many travels across the world. He will be missed by many.
He leaves behind his legacy of work ethic, love for friends and family, and his determination in his four children, Dean, Eugene, Breanna Moules, and Elizabeth Sousa. He also leaves his siblings, Joseph and Antonio Moules, and Elvira Nascimento.
A rosary will be held on Tuesday, May 3rd at 10 am at Our Lady Help of Christians Church followed by mass and a burial. Mehl’s Colonial Chapel was entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
