Rosario was born on January 8, 1961, to parents Alfonso and Ofelia Guzman, in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico. She came to Watsonville in 1976 where she remained since. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, gardening, cooking, and baking for her loved ones and in her down time she loved playing video games and bingo. But above everything else, she truly loved spending time with her family, especially making the holidays special for her grandchildren, whom she loved dearly.
