Ursula Juarez passed away peacefully at her home on August 11, 2021, surrounded by loved ones. She was 88 years old. Ursula was born on October 21, 1932, in El Chilar, Sinaloa, Mexico, to Julio Gonzalez and Maria Luisa Chavarin.
At a young age, she became her family’s caretaker and continued that as she created her own family. Ursula had a strong work ethic and believed in helping others. She loved music, playing slot machines and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her loving husband, Jose Cruz Juarez, children, Mario (Rosario) Espinoza, Sofia Espinoza, Reyna Juarez, and Cruz Juarez. She leaves 7 grandchildren, 2 of their spouses and 5 great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held at Mehl's Colonial Chapel on Sunday, August 22, 2021, from 5-9 pm with a rosary recited at 7 pm. A mass will be held at St. Patrick's Church on Monday, August 23, 2021, at 10 am with a burial to follow at Pioneer Cemetery.
